This irresistible ornament is so quick to knit with such an attractive result that I had to make a second one in a different yarn. This was made in a lighter fingering weight yarn, so I used a size smaller needles, and added a few increases to make the “ball” bigger around, then a few rounds to the central portion to keep it balanced. I added beads using the crochet hook method on the last row of the frill before casting it off and I think you will agree the finished decoration is adoreably festive!
