I found the fit was off on this sweater, the last set of increases in the yoke created a bulge in the back, and I could not finish the sweater. So here are my yarn totals for the body + one sleeve.
White (1) = 212 - 178 g = 34 g
Light blue (6) = 215 - 94 g = 121 g
Dark blue (4) = 210 - 128 g = 82 g
Grey (3) = 203 - 95 = 108 g
Total = 345 g

The knit sleeve was ~ 95 g, so if I extrapolate the ratios of the colors, then I would have used for the second sleeve of the sweater, the following:
White (1) = 9.4 g
Light blue (6) = 33.3 g
Dark blue (4) = 22.6 g
Grey (3) = 29.7 g

The knit sleeve was ~ 95 g, so if I extrapolate the ratios of the colors, then I would have used for the whole size 3 sweater, the following:
White (1) = 44 g
Light blue (6) = 154 g
Dark blue (4) = 105 g
Grey (3) = 138 g
Total = 441 g
