Notes

I will use Loops & Threads Woolike in Denim, Red, and Golden Yellow. Xmas presents for the girls.

GAUGE
12 hdc by 13 rows = 4 inches by 4 inches, after blocking

My 24 hdc by 13 row swatch is 5.5 inches by 4 inches with a 4 mm hook, so my guage is correct for height, but way off for width. I like the fabric I’m getting so I think I’ll stick with this and just block it only in the width.

I started this evening and finished the Bottom Border.

I have finished the Lower Triangle section, so done with the blue.

December 13, 2018

I’ve been working on this off and on over the last month and just finished it in time for Christmas.

I ended up making 2 shawls and I needed a second skein of the gold but had plenty left of the single skeins of blue and red.
