Did 5 rows of 1x1 ribbing after the tubular cast on.

Had trouble figuring out the Star Stitch because all the youtube videos did it with purling. But finally put my head together with a fellow knitter and figured out that the first k3tog and the k3tog after the YO are actually the SAME 3 stitches. It almost felt like making a bobble because of the knitting into the same stitch(es) multiple times. I would have described the Star Stitch more like this:

°k3tog (leave these stitches on left needle), YO, k3tog (from the stitches you just knit through on the left needle). Now slip off left needle. P1° till 1 st remains.

BTW, I love the color of this yarn. It’s too bad every picture shows it as a different color so you can never really get the true idea of the color. But while I was working on it everyone kept commenting on how pretty a color it was =)
