I followed Suzymaries modifications as usual, casting on 96. the cast on row is counted on the chart as the first row and gives the first ridge of the border. Rows 2 and 3 are in stocking st. and rows 3 and 4 are in garter stitch. this gives the 3 ridges of the border. Unfortunately due to my inexperience, this means the first row of sweeties starts on a purl row, but it doesn’t matter. Work rows 1 to 26 from chart.
Row 27 (Purl 2 tog) across (48 st)
Row 28 Knit 6, (knit 2 tog, knit 1)12 times, knit 6 (36 stitches
Continue on as per seasonal dress pattern row 28
Bunny was knit in Drops muskat with piebald head in Rico essentials cotton dk, which was a little too fine
