Bought a pattern from from DigitalSVGstopshop on Etsy. The graph is for 150 stitches by 371 rows; unsure about this graph and pattern. It seems to have too many rows, and the written part seems different from graph provided. Decided not to use it.

Instead, I used Stitch Fiddle and made a 2 color cross stitch graph of the star from the pattern. Outer star is 93 sts across and 85 rows from top to bottom.

Outside star outline is light gray for silver, and inside star outline is white.

Ch 121, then do 120 sc for about 55 rows of sc’s, use graph for star, then do about 40 rows of sc’s.

Using the border from Race Car Throw for border, incorporating stripes of colors in star--white and light grey in soft navy.

I used an I (5.5 mm) hook for all but the last row of the border, and border pattern calls for smaller hook for that row. I used an H (5.0 mm) hook for it.
