This cowl was inspired by one of my favorite fictional ‘ships, Vex’halia “Vex” and Percy, from the the online Dungeons and Dragons campaign, “Critical Role”. The royal blue is both the color of the feathers worn in Vex’s hair aa well as Percy’s duster. The gray lace mimics the walls of Whitestone Castle, Percy’s home.

I imagine this cowl being worn by Vex while she roams and hunts within the wilderness surrounding the castle. The cowl is a constant reminder of Whitestone and her “betrothed”, Percy.
