Everyone loves lala loopsy! My daughter and i were watching it on tv and she saw the lala OOPSIE dolls and flipped out and insisted i make her a hat like that! So I looked and looked and found nothing so… here we are! :D

This pattern requires that you have a regular size balloon (deflated) ,flour and or salt.

Made for my daughter as a hair bow but you could leave it off the barrette and add it to a clip and use it for a bow tie as well!!!! Very versatile! Gauge is not important for this pattern! Use any colors you wish:D
