This version of Sari Ribbon is made from fine, lightweight silk fabrics. It knits up at a lighter gauge than its heavyweight counterpart, so for items that will get a good bit of wear (i.e. bags) we recommend a carry-along yarn such as nettle or nylon. Knitting it along with a strand of non-superwash wool and felting creates a fabulous texture.

Our signature Sari Ribbon is available in Multi-color, as well as an over-dyed Black Cherry, and is made from a variety of sari fabrics which may include metallic accents. Silk fabrics are cut into strips and sewn end to end to make this funky, colorful yarn.
