Abby is a knitter, crocheter, quilter, reader, baker, spinner, pattern designer, and other crafty things ending in “er.” A clinical mental health counselor by day, Abby uses art and creativity as focal points in her therapeutic approaches with clients and within her own self-care practices at home.

Abby has been knitting for over a decade and creating with yarn in various other forms for many years. Abby loves spending time at home playing with yarn on the couch with her dachshund, Hazel, and her hedgehog, Harry, and listening to audiobooks and podcasts.
