Hello, I’m Alia, and I’m the designer behind Crypto Knits. I’m also a novelist, and Crypto Knits is a project I launched to explore the possibilities of communicating through knitwear. Apart from standard knit accessories that focus on texture, color (especially gradient work), and wearability, I also plan to explore using cyphers and cryptographic methods in my patterns to communicate messages, particularly as it relates to old-fashioned spy craft. Look out for special collections related to my novels!
