My mother taught me to knit and crochet when I was quite young. During high school my passion turned to sewing. From there, I became a professional seamstress for twenty years and enjoy incorporating clothing construction elements into my knitting designs. My new career does not leave me as much design time as I would like, but I really enjoy the creative process as time allows.
