As a young girl, I used to have sleepovers at my grandmother’s house. Cozy in our pajamas, she would make use tea and teach me how to knit.

As the years passed and I got busier with school, I stopped knitting. Then one day on college break, I found the pair of needles my grandmother taught me to knit with in the back of my childhood closet. That day I picked up my needles and haven’t put them down since.

Love goes into every stitch of each handmade item sold at Yarning For Knits. I meticulously craft each piece and settle for nothing shy of perfection. My hope for this shop is to share and spread the joy of handcrafted knitwear, the same way my grandmother shared it with me.

I currently operate out of my 400 square foot tiny home in sunny, Southern California. All items sold in my shop are crafted in a smoke-free, pet-free, and overall clean environment, so you can rest assure that everything is of a professional caliber. Plus, almost all packaging materials are completely home compostable and are environmentally friendly.
