I started knitting during university to help me cope with the stress. It soon became an avenue to help people in a more creative way, rather than just as a nurse.

I love working with colours, preferably jewel tones & earthy warm tones. I’m obsessed with textures and creating patterns that are simple yet elegant and let the colour of the yarns really shine through.

Regarding Selling Products
As a designer who also sells finished products, I know how frustrating it can be when designers do not allow the selling of completed works using their patterns. It is absolutely important to respect the designers right.
However, I am comfortable with you using my patterns in markets etc to sell finished products. I would kindly request that all credit for pattern design goes to me, Calandra Coward or The Nurse Who Knits. If you are able to add that to your item tags that would be very honoring.
