January 2024 update: I am working on revising all my patterns and my Ravelry shop, and so all my patterns are currently unavailable to download. They will be back soon, once they’ve been edited, corrected, and updated! I also no longer have my blog, If I Might Say A Word, so when my patterns are available again there might be some new names… Watch this space!

My name is Christiane, and I love to knit! I also love writing, history, and ballet amongst so many other things, so I take a lot of inspiration from them. I don’t know many young people who knit, and I’d like to change that. My patterns aren’t too difficult, and will always have a variety of suggested yarns to suit everyone. One day I would like to publish hundreds and hundreds… a girl can dream!
