Hi, I’m Elena! I’m a 30 something year old, Peruvian nurse who has a passion for knitting. My moto is “nurse by day, knitter by night”. My passion for knitting started when I was 9 and desperately wanted to learn how to knit and tried to teach myself. It ended terribly with me in tears and throwing my yarn across the room. That lead my mom to sign me up for a knitting class and I’ve been knitting ever since. I can often be found with knitting needles in my hand or off squishing yarn from my massive stash. After years of knitting other peoples amazing patterns I wanted to try designing my own designs. I’m often inspired by the world around me and places I travel to. I hope you will all join me on this fun new adventure.
