Beautiful color combinations, elegant lines and textural patterns please me and thrill my aesthic side. I enjoy making things that delight the eye and use the principles I learned when studying interior design in my knitting.

A hallmark of my family is a spirit of independence or doing things our own way. That spirit shows up in my approach to knitting - it’s rare that I knit a pattern as it’s written. To me, patterns are merely guidelines.
