My name is Mathieu, I was a tea drinking computer nerd, now I also am a tea drinking knitting nerd. I live in Paris, (the original one, in France,) with my two Maine Coon cats Noé and Ottilie.

I fell into knitting in 2013, I was looking for a way to relax in the evening, and mostly, to let go of the computer. Then in 2015 a good friend of mine, and a dyer, La Fée Fil, asked me if I would consider doing a shawl with her yarn, and my geeky brain got in ferment. In designing, I am mostly drawn to textures. I try to create clever designs that are stunning but not as hard to knit as it could feel, and I think I achieve my goal most of the time.
