I’m a fledgling knitwear designer, pathological baker, oft-delinquent bookclub member, semi-pro googler, daydream believer, protégé of Gladys Kravitz, nap artist, incurable online yarn and fabric shopper, lemon-drop lover and housework hater. I love knitting and sewing and my dog Lottie.

Making is my therapy. I forget who said it, but my motto is “not a day without a stitch”. As Virginia Woolf once said, knitting is the saving of life. In truth, it has saved my life a few times, but that’s another story!
