Though being a knitter for years it became a really passion when I discovered Fair Isle Knitting and Kaffe Fasset´s colours nearly 20 years ago..

After knitting some original designs (with original colours) first I started to develop own patterns and knitted them in fair isle-technique. It´s less complex because you have only 2 colours per row.

Since then I try to find and collect as many shades of shetland and other fine (tweed ) wool as possible, at the time approximately 250 shades, but it will not be enough, I guess.

In the meantime I started to develop little patterns, suitable for beginners and knittable with only one or two balls of wool (not only fair isle). I hope I can show you some of them here soon.
