I have been knitting since the age of 4 but still feel that a day without knitting is incomplete. I have added a variety of fibre obsessions along the way, including spinning, weaving and dyeing, but knitting remains my #1 passion.

I like to work with natural materials wherever I can. There is just something wonderful about knitting an item in soft, natural materials… surrounding yourself in hand-made warmth in an age-old fashion.

My designs are also largely inspired by nature, and to that end I am indeed fortunate to live in the beautiful county of Wiltshire. A walk along one of the many footpaths in our area often ends with inspiration for new projects or colours I could use.
