Pattern Description from Vogue Knitting, Winter 2008/09: “Glowik’s fitted flyaway cardi, well suited to a variety of body types, beautifully combines the no-nonsense practicality of a raglan sweater with the come-hither curvaceousness of lace. Worked in ‘Soft Chunky’ from Twinkly by Wenlan/Classic Elite Yarns, it’s knit flat from the lace portion up through the stockinette bodice until the armhole bind-off. From there, sleeves are worked in the round and joined to the main piece, at which point the yoke is knit circularly, completing the raglan shaping. The button bands are picked up and knit in the finishing.”

“Standard-fitting coat with lace pattern, cut away fronts and raglan seaming.”
