About this pattern

We use USA terminology in this pattern (don’t worry if you use UK terms, all the differences are explained in the pattern).

Materials and Tools

• Some cotton yarn
Sport / 5 ply (12 wpi) - 125 yards (115 meters) per 50 g.
For a cherry cupcake
12 g of light pink, 14 g of brown, some dark red and green yarn.
For a strawberry cupcake
12 g of white, 14 g of brown, some red, yellow and green yarn.
For an orange cupcake
12 g of light yellow, 14 g of brown, some lite orange, bright orange and white yarn.
• Hook - 2 mm (US Steel hook - 4, UK - 14).
• Tapestry needle.
