Pooh’s Sweater — Mohair Colorwork Raglan Pullover
This sweater was created from the idea that it would be fun to knit a T-shirt-like sweater with an English saying worked in mohair. The quote I chose is from a Winnie the Pooh movie: “Doing nothing often leads to the very best something.” Pooh uses these words to gently comfort a friend who lamented not accomplishing anything. I’ve always tended to push myself to be productive every day, so these words have been a great help to me. This favorite line is combined with Pooh’s colors of yellow and black. Even if you’re not an expert knitter, give it a try — mohair hides small mistakes beautifully.
This pullover is worked in pieces from the bottom up with raglan shaping. Work with 2 strands of yarn held together throughout.
