A drop-shoulder crewneck pullover with a striped peplum and knit-in clouds racing across the sleeves and front is a spring delight. The flounce and sleeve cuffs are edged in k1, p1 ribbing; the rest is stockinette.

FACT: The peplum shape is achieved by decreasing the number of stitches in the last white stripe of the flounce.
