Grandma Eleanor comes to tea
With instructions for jacket, skirt, sleeveless blouse, hat, bag, and gloves (to hold or lay at side)
The inspiration for this pattern was from a photograph of a mature lady seen in a 1910 “Ladies Journal”.
MATERIALS: Size 19 & 20 knitting needles,
7 buttons, stitch holders,
Skirt & Jacket: 1ply cotton in main colour and in contrast colour, 4 buttons,
Hat, Bag & Gloves: 1ply cotton in main colour and in contrast colour, Gutermann sewing silk or Venne Colcotton 70/2, feather, 11/2” fine chain (if available), round bead for fastener,
Sleeveless Blouse: White Gutterman silk or Venne Colcotton 70/2, 4 Buttons.
