Trousers, jacket, and hat for a 53/4”, man of the late 19th Century

From the painting “The Village Wedding” by Sir Samuel Lukes Fildes, 1843 to 1927

MATERIALS: Size 19 knitting needles, 1ply cotton in dark blue, red and yellow, stitch holders, 2 black buttons for trousers, 7 brass buttons or gold beads for jacket, 2” length narrow ribbon or tape, spray starch, glue, small piece of card, 1” x 1” piece thin white leather.
