Designed for a 1/12” single or a double half tester bed with dainty bed drapes and canopy, pillow and sheet edging, plus bedspread and instructions for a fabric mattress and pillow. To complete the picture instructions are also given for a bolster cushion, fringed mat, and lacy curtains for tiny windows.

MATERIALS:
Size 19 knitting needles.
Bed Drapes, Curtains and Edging: Venne Colcotton 70/2 or equivalent, 2mm silk ribbon
Bedspread: 3 skeins 1ply cotton (or equivalent) for a 3” single bed, and 4 for a 41/2” double bed.
Cushion: 1 skein 1ply cotton.
Rug: 1ply cotton - knit 2 strands together as one thread. (use 2 different shades to achieve a mottled effect)
Mattress/Sheets/Pillows: 7” x 12” piece of cotton fabric for pillows & 12” x 14” for sheets, piece of wadding 3” x 61/2” for single bed or 41/2” x 61/2” for double, a small piece of thin leather (optional), leather punch.
