When I got my 12 foot skeleton - Skelliott Smith - I knew he needed a hat and I got right down to making him one.

I went with a 100% acrylic to handle being outside in the elements. Caron Chunky Cakes was the cheapest and most easily available Super Bulky yarn I could find at my local big box craft store that didn’t make me want to cry.

Feel free to add a giant pom pom!!
