The Peony Little Purse originally debuted as a knit pattern, but has now been translated into crochet by Stacey Trock (bag) and Karen Daniels (flower).

Pattern Difficulty
Intrepid beginner. Requires knowledge of basic crochet stitches, increasing and decreasing, working in the round, and some simple hand-sewing.

Fiber Options
The cover bag was made using Louet Riverstone in #33 Kumquat (A), and #61 Gold Leaf (B). The peony was made with #18 Lichen (C), #28 Foxy Fuchsia (D) and Crystal Palace Fizz #7305 Sunshine (E).
