Pattern description from Vogue Knitting, winter 2007/07: “Shawl knitters already have the construction of Vladimir Teriokhin’s cropped cardi down pat. Knit from cuff to center back and grafted up the middle, the wide-sleeved piece has an allover cabled texture and knitted-on ribbed mock turtleneck and button bands. The glorious shading happens automatically with the self-striping ‘Silk Garden’ by Noro/KFI.”
