150 pieces of Pi is a pattern based on the number Pi - the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter.

I emphasized the circumference of my circle with a color that pops against the background. In my example, I used highlighter pink against a black and white background. There are 2 circles, 1 horizontal and 1 vertical.

Besides the number Pi, I was also inspired by a story I read about secret messages in knitting. How cool would it be to be able to know the first 150 digits of Pi by reading them of your cowl?

I’m a bigtime nerd, so I thought it would be extremely cool.

For this pattern you will need a tapestry needle, stitch markers, scrap yarn and circular needles size US 6 (4mm)

I used 1 skein for MC (main color) and 1 skein for the CC1 (contrasting color 1)

You only need about 7 rows worth of yarn for the CC2.
