This pattern is designed with the option of SEAMING the cast-on and bind-off edges, OR, using provisional cast on and GRAFTING the edges.
Worked in the round with rib first, for the inside layer, then change to the cable pattern for the outside layer - fold and join, to create a continuous circular tube.
