This double breasted style can be worn buttoned or open. A stand up collar when buttoned looks good for office or casual wear. It has subtle side shaping for good fit. Fast to knit in worsted weight wool at 18 stitches to 4 inches.

Sizes- X-small, small, medium, large, x-large, xx-large.
Finished measurements-
Chest- 33 (36, 39, 42, 45, 48) ins.
Length- 25 (25½ , 26, 26½, 27, 27) ins.

Materials- medium worsted weight yarn: approx.1,048; 1,097; 1,194; 1,1210; 1,429; 1,597) yds.
29 inch circular needles sizes 7 and 5; 16 inch circular needles size 7; double point needles sizes 7 and 5 or sizes required to get the gauge.
Scrap yarn, stitch markers, small safety pins, blunt darning needle.
12 buttons, ¾ inch. 6 of them should be flat, for inside of sweater.

Gauge- using the larger needles in stockinette stitch: 18 sts equal 4 inches.
