Gauge not given

Gauge and needles given here are estimated based on the number of stitches and the approximate corresponding body sizes.

The blouse is knitted from the bottom of the back hem upwards, over the shoulder, and down the front. The front placket band is knit at the same time as the rest of the front. The collar is picked up and knitted on. The sleeves are picked up and knitted from the armscyes while the blouse is open flat, and then the side seams of the blouse and sleeve are sewn up last.

The skirt is knit from the lower hem upwards and then seamed up the sides. The front and back halves are the same. The knitter will need a length of sturdy elastic for the skirt waist.
