A simple pattern that takes you through step by step (with videos!) how to do the basics of knitting to create a simple little dice bag. It only takes a couple of hours to do all of the knitting and assembly so you can start and finish your bag in one night. AKA you can knit this before your next RPG session.

  • Each side of the bag is knit flat from the bottom up and then seamed together
  • Two braids are used for drawstrings
  • Video tutorials take you through each step of the bag

The yarn and needle size are flexible. You just need to make sure your gauge is tight enough to not put holes in your bag.
Knitting with smaller nedles and a finer yarn will create a smaller bag. Bigger needles and thicker yarn will create a bigger bag.

The bag I knit holds one 7 piece dice set and a mini comfortably.

It uses next to no yarn AKA this is a great stash buster for those leftover bits of skeins.

So what are you waiting for? Grab your knitting wands and yarn and let us set out together on this knitting adventure!
