This is my adaptation of the “closing ceremony” hat I found online. It takes three colors, less than a 100g skein each. My hat was knit with various worsted weight acrylic yarns that I had accumulated, none were labelled, and I didn’t think to measure before/after using.

The pattern is charted and worked in the round. There are five rounds that contain three colors so it might be a little tricky.

Because of the large repeat size, changing the size would be easier by using thinner yarns and smaller needles.

NB:Pattern has NOT been tested other than by me, so if anything isn’t clear, please let me know!

ERRATA #1 In the chart, pattern #2 is in white and red, but in my hat, it’s in blue and red. You could work it as charted or substitute blue for the white squares. To make it easier, I did add a second chart with the correct colors. If you want a chart with the correct colors, you’ll need both pdfs.
