Tank top DESY is knitted bottom up. There are both v-necks on the front and on the back side. The first part is knitted in rounds to the point where the works splits into a frontside and a backside part. From this point rows are knitted instead of rounds.

At the end, the only part, that must be sewed together are the straps.

Knitting techniques: Garter Slipped Edge, stockinette stitch, garter stitch, k2tog, sl1k1psso.

All techniques except the basics knit and purl are explained in detail and shown in video tutorials. The links to our channel are included. You purchase a written pattern (8 pages) giving all instructions row by row to lead you to a perfect result, even if are a not very experienced knitter.

Materials needed:
• Approx. 250 grams (300 grams) Lilly uni mix No. 6 – DK / light worsted - yardage 100 grams / 285 yards (cotton/acrylic mix)
alternatively: Lilly cotton 140 – DK / light worsted - yardage 100 grams / 300 yds (100% cotton)
or any yarn with similar yardage and weight in order to hit the expected size
• Circular needle (US) size 7 (4.5 mm) – length at least 24 inches
• 2 stitch markers, sewing needle without tip, scissors
