Passap machine knitting instructions for a bonnet for a toddler. The bonnet is knit in one piece, starting with short rows that form the bill. This later has a piece of stiffener sewn in between the two layers. The top and back of the hat are knit in stocking stitch with holes knitted in for the cord to be threaded through for tying the hat.

The pattern calls for 50g “shadow effect cotton yarn” (300m per 100g)

Test square in stocking stitch: 100 sts = 32 cm, 100 rows = 24 cm

The stitch sizes given in this model book are for the earlier “Pinkie” Passap (referred to as the “Duo” in this model book). Add an extra half stitch size to get the appropriate stitch size for the later DM80 and E6000 machines.

This pattern also includes instructions for the Passap Combi machine.

The pattern is pictured on p12 of the model book, (p13 of the pdf), the instructions are on p32 of the instruction book (p51 of the pdf).
