This pattern includes instruction for using 462 yards DK weight with US 8, gauge 4.3 sts/in OR 420 yards worsted weight yarn with US 9, gauge 3.5 sts/in.

The design evolved from my previously published 1Morph Shawl with the desire to add a textural element to the border. While maintaining the structural integrity of 1Morph, this shawl includes a large “berry” along two sides of the elongated triangle. The hypotenuse boasts a three-stitch I-cord bind off to become a sturdy third edge. Worked from the bottom up, double yarn-overs quickly increase the shawl size and allow for a decorative edge without picking up stitches.
