Beautiful leaves worked with 2-stitch twists travel the full length of both sleeves on this top-down sweater. The front bodice is adorned simply with a few staggered rows of delicate eyelet motifs.

The slightly cropped shape (which can easily be knit longer) ends with neat ribbing, which is also used for the cuffs and neckband.

This seamless knit is worked entirely in the round, starting at the neckline. Increases are made along the raglan “seams” at regular intervals while the front lace and sleeve leaf designs are being worked. At the underarms, the body is worked down to the hem in easy Stockinette stitch, then ribbing.

Sleeves are knit in the round to the cuffs, finishing with a slightly gathered, ribbed cuff.

The wide ribbed neckband is the finishing touch.

The lace stitch and leaf design are both charted and written.
