Pattern description from Knit.1, Fall 2007: “Put a little ‘meow’ into boardroom meetings by layering this leopard-print cardigan over a conservative skirt or trousers. Julie Gaddy’s catty delight, stitched in Lion Brand Yarn’s ‘Wool-Ease,’ features intarsia spots on the bodice, ribbing at the waistband, and a deep V neck.”

Stuff:

  • 3 (4, 4) skeins in #171 Gold of Wool-Ease by Lion Brand Yarn, 1¾oz/50g skeins, each approx 197yd/180m (wool/acrylic)
  • 1 ball each in #153 Black, #99 Fisherman and #107 Blue Heather
  • One pair each sizes 5 and 8 (3.75 and 5mm) needles or size to get the gauge
  • One size 5 (3.75mm) circular needle, 29”/74cm length
  • Stitch markers
  • Four 3/8” / 10mm ball buttons
