This design has been developed and tested using ONLY the marvel printed 8ply acrylic yarn recommended. I have found some other 8plys can receive a different result.

4 SEASONS MARVEL PRINTED YARN (or equivalent)

TROUSERS 1 x 50gm ball

1 pair 4.00 (No. 8) and 3.25 (No. 10) needles.
1 tapestry needle for sewing seams.

TENSION - 22 sts to 10cm (approx 4 ins) in width over stocking stitch and 30 rows
