What’s not to love about these adorable crochet cactus pincushions! They work equally well as holders for bracelets or hairbands.

This project is ideal for the Advanced Intermediate crocheter. Instructions include crocheting all the cactus parts, which you can mix and match to customize your creation!

Instructions also include a smaller pot (size shown here) and a larger pot (see page 4), the soil, flowers to embellish, and details on how to assemble, stuff, and finish the cactus.

You can choose from a few different cactus shapes and attach them how you’d like. Then, you can embellish – with mini crocheted flowers, safety eyes on the pot or the cactus, embroidery details for the mouth, nose, and/or eyelashes – whatever you wish to give your project its own fun personality!

APPROXIMATE SIZES: Smaller pot is 2”/5 cm across at the bottom; larger pot is 2 ½”/6.5 cm across at the bottom. Cacti are 4 ½ - 4 ¾” / 11.5 – 12 cm tall, depending on cactus shapes chosen, amount of stuffing, etc.
