22 stitches and 28 rows to 10cm (4“) over pattern or stocking stitch using 4mm knitting needles or the size required to give the correct tension. Check your tension – if less stitches use thinner needles if more use thicker needles.

To fit chest:
(0-3 months: 41cm / 16”), (3-6 months: 46cm / 18”), (6-12 months: 51cm / 20”), (12-18 months: 56cm / 22”).
