#384 Adorable Fruit Charms
Crochet a whimsical fruit charm to decorate your bag or use as a cheerful keychain! Instructions included for crocheting a watermelon, lemon, lime, orange, and apple.
Each fruit is crocheted in the round as a flat circle. If there is a rind, the last round is in a different color.
A little bit of embroidery, a small handful of stuffing, and some joining stitches bring these adorable charms to life.
This is a fun, satisfying project for anyone familiar with crochet basics: how to chain, single crochet, and count stitches.
Perfect as quick crochet gifts, these small fruits use only small amounts of each color. They’re shown here in crisp 100% cotton yarn, but any similar weight yarn with good stitch definition can work beautifully.

APPROXIMATE MEASUREMENTS:
3 ½” 9 cm long; 1 ¾” 4.5 cm wide (not including keychain).
APPROXIMATE YARDAGE REQUIREMENTS: 9 yds 8.3 m Inside Color; 5 yds 4.6 m Rind Color; 2 yds 1.9 m Embroidery Color; 4 yds 3.7 m Outside Color. NOTE: The apple has no Rind, so 14 yds 12.8 is required in the Inside Color.
