This sunflower literally looks like someone placed a real sunflower right on top of a crocheted square – that’s how dimensional it is!
This is because the leaves and border are crocheted onto the brown center, creating depth. I used puff stitches for that textured center and picot stitches to get those perfectly pointed petals.
