This is a rolled brim striped baby hat in two colors with i cords attached to the top in both colors. The hat is knit flat and seamed, and then 9 i cords are attached to the top.

Pattern originally calls for #5 blue, and #28 navy.

Needles required are straight or circular needles in US size 7, and also 2 dpns in US size 7 for making the i cords.
