Colorissimo is one of the most beautiful yarns from Lana Grossa and works great in this pattern. The yarn is 100% Merino and is space dyed with a base of 7 shades that are blended, mixed and used at random to create at least 28 different stripe sequences and colors. The pattern is knit from the bottom up in separate pieces and all of the pieces need to be sewn together. The stitch pattern is a 4 row pattern with 2 rows involving the eyelet stitch and the return rows are worked in the rib pattern created by the Eyelet.
