This every day cardigan is knit with a new Chained Cotton yarn that is created I-Cord style so stitches are connected for strength. The yarn is fully space dye in matte’ and bright shades. We knit this with horizontal rows of a beginners Eyelet St. When done, the entire front collar is picked up and worked in Corrugated Rib St. alterning between Ole’ and Cin Cin…..soft print cotton against a nubby bright yarn to create more textures. The front border is increased at the beginning and end of the rows to create a pointed front edge but this feature can be ignored and knit straight.
